Heidi is a Keur mare of the KWPN. Among her offspring are Lagrande, also a Keur mare and a B-level showjumper in Holland; Lagrande is the dam of the international showjumper Cappe Z, the z-level jumper Vee Jee Veronica, and the third round stallion prospect Braque de Villa d'Arto.  Heidi is also the dam of Rosinus, an L-level showjumper. In 2005 Heidi produced a colt by Ulysses m2s, named Advocate M2S, that is now pursuing an eventing career at Novice level in the UK with British Team member Nicola Wilson. In 2008 she produced a bay colt by Condios, named Daniel Carter m2s, that was sold to an Irish eventing rider.

Sire: Ladalco is a son of the great thoroughbred Ladykiller xx out of an Aldato mare. Hence Ladalco shares the same sire (Ladykiller xx) and the same damsire (Aldato) as the great Landgraf I. Ladalco produced international showjumpers such as Lasando, Febo's Idalco (a speed horse ridden by Eric van de Vleuten), and Lugano H (whose accomplishments include placing 2nd in the Grand Prix of Dusseldorf under Dirk Hauser). Ladalco is also the sire of the Holsteiner stallion Laurin, who is also producing international showjumpers. In total Ladalco produced four approved sons and 53 approved daughters.

Dam: Heidi's dam is Edelwijs, a Keur mare of the KWPN. Besides Heidi, Edelwijs produced the L-showjumper Izar; the 1.35 m. showjumper Jason; Jason, a national level showjumper; and Kyra, the dam of the inernational eventing horse Purity. Zadok, the sire of Edelwijs, was an international showjumper that competed in the USA under Hap Hansen. Zadok competed in the World Cup Final in 1989 and a year earlier, as a 7-year-old, he won a World Cup Qualifier. Zadok is producing international jumpers such as Eclipse (examples include 2nd in the Grand Prix of Aarhus and 3rd in the World Cup Qualifier at Aarhus) and Winstar (examples include 1st in the Grand Prix of Bologne, 2nd in the Nations Cup of Athens, 3rd in the Grand Prix of Gijon, 3rd in the Grand Prix of Vejer de la Frontera, and 3rd in the World Cup Qualifier at Athens), and Mister Spoon under Candice King. Zadok's sire is the progenitor Nimmerdor, the KWPN's Sire of the Century. Edelwijs' dam Rikst is a Keur mare. Rikst produced the Prestatie mare Vita (Prestatie means that three or more of her progeny competed well in sport) that also competed at B-level dressage; Zenith, who reached the second stage of the KWPN stallion inspection; Fivanny, a mare that received the Sport-Dressage predicate and competed at Z2-level with forty wins and placings; the mare Gracekelly, a B-level dressage and B-level showjumper; and Henriet, an L-level dressage mare. Heidi's grandsire is Apalatin, the KWPN Preferent sire that is also the sire of Palatina, Ekstein's sire's dam. Apalatin is by the great thoroughbred foundation sire Fra Diavolo xx, the sire of, among others, Nankin and the grandsire of Uriel, one of the greatest French sires of all time. Apalatin's damsire is The Last Orange, sire of Ibrahim and grandsire of the great Alme. Heidi's motherline has produced the international showjumper Tosca, the international dressage horse Marillion, the approved stallions Valdez (KWPN) and Arame (CSHA), many national-level showjumpers and dressage horses, and many Keur and Preferent mares.
